Consulting engagements
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal stating its scope, total value and payment schedule. That proposal, once signed, takes precedence over anything on this page.
Payments are settled by bank transfer against an invoice, on the dates set out in the signed schedule.
Courses and e-books
Course access is granted to the purchasing account only and is not transferable. E-books are supplied as watermarked files carrying the buyer’s name and are for personal use.
Cancellation
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the booked time.
Intellectual property
Course material, e-books and consulting deliverables remain the intellectual property of BGD unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
